Advocate Technologies is a start-up modernizing insurance operations for lenders founded in October 2020 by a world-class team based in New York and Athens Greece. In April 2022, 18 months after founding the business, Advocate raised $9 million USD, one of the largest fintech seed rounds. Advocate transforms lenders’ insurance compliance functions across underwriting and servicing. They replace manual processes for insurance operations with an automated software platform supported by a highly skilled customer support team.
Our task was to help Advocate company get a new professional look and feel for their website, at the same time Advocate operates in a complicated and difficult-to-explain industry, which had to be properly and clearly explained on the website.

We started by conducting a thorough analysis of the client's industry and identifying the key aspects that needed to be explained clearly and properly on the website.
To achieve this, we used easy-to-understand language, infographics, and videos that explained the technical terms. For the design aspect of the website, we created a modern and professional look that reflected the client's brand identity.

The new website was launched on schedule and received positive feedback from the client and their customers. The website's design and clear messaging helped Advocate to establish itself as an authority in its industry. The website's user-friendly design and easy-to-understand content also helped to improve customer engagement and increase the time spent on the website.
